The Democratic Latino Organization of Virginia (DLOV) invites Democratic candidates appearing on the November 3, 2026, ballot to participate in our endorsement process.
DLOV supports candidates who champion Democratic values and demonstrate a strong commitment to Virginia’s Latino communities, especially immigrants and working families. We seek leaders who understand the challenges and opportunities facing Latinos across the Commonwealth and who will work with our communities to advance equity, inclusion, justice, and opportunity for all Virginians.
Our endorsement process is also the beginning of a meaningful partnership. Candidates who engage with DLOV open the door to an ongoing relationship with our board and members—and to focused, meaningful engagement with Latino voters across Virginia.
Vision
The mission of the Democratic Latino Organization of Virginia (DLOV) is to activate, engage, and support the political consciousness of the Latino community of Virginia as well as to encourage the Latino community to utilize the Democratic Party of Virginia as an advocate for their interests through, but not limited to, increased participation in all levels of government and party.
Our vision is a Commonwealth in which the Latino community in Virginia is politically unified and empowered, their interests are properly understood and fairly represented in the Democratic Party, and Latino political participation is promoted at all levels of government.
